Go Green has been working with several communities and facility management companies, over the past few years, one of our key projects we have serviced and deployed our team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, which holds a strong case towards presenting our execution capabilities. Jumeirah Lake Towers, a community of over 72 towers of all types, commercial, residential, mixeduse and hotels. A project developed by DMCC (DubaiMulti Commodities Centre) the community is managed by Concordia, which is one of Dubai’s leading facility management companies.

Concordia is responsible to manage and look after the entire infrastructure, security and maintenance of the area. With the community holding some premium hotel brands such as Pullman & Movenpik, it was important to make sure that is a certain service standard was met. The community design had considered car park allocations in great depth. Each tower can accommodate roughly 500 cars parked at full occupancy, this is apart from the road side parking and parking space allocation, estimated car park spaces of 120,000 across JLT. Concordia has had very strict criteria’s on their selection process for a suited vendor to offer car wash services in the community and make sure that building policies are adhered by. The company has high resident occupancy and it was very important that public safety and professionalism was taken very seriously by the vendor. Maintaining hygiene within the parking spaces was very important, and the community discouraged water car washes, since provisions for drainage wasn’t sufficient to facilitate carwashes.
